1. Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services (such as Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Power Automate, etc.)
2. Plan, manage, and maintain IT data center environments to ensure the secure and stable operation of all facilities
3. Manage virtualization infrastructure, including building virtual hosts and servers, and operating storage systems
4. Manage enterprise wired and wireless networks, including L2/L3 network devices, firewalls, wireless controllers, and access points
5. Plan and implement IT security solutions, including security device deployment and daily monitoring
6. Build, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers, including monitoring status and analyzing logs
7. Support internal IT projects, assisting with cross-departmental requirements analysis and technical communication
8. IT Helpdesk to provide first-line user support and handle user requests, including onboarding and offboarding, related. (such as account, asset, data transfer)
9. Manage Atlassian Cloud accounts and permissions. (such as Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence, etc.)

1. Practical experience in Microsoft 365 administration and maintenance
2. Basic enterprise networking skills in routing, switching, firewall configuration, and understanding of zero-trust network design
3. Familiarity with the VMware virtualization platform and capability in virtual server planning and management
4. Experience in installation, configuration, and daily maintenance of Windows and Linux servers
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work independently and across teams
6. Strong documentation habits for processes and troubleshooting
7. Good reading and writing skills, able to read technical documentation
